🔄 Order Cancellation Policy
At Panjala Innovatics, we strive to process your orders quickly and securely. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's our cancellation
policy:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided we haven't begun processing it for
shipment. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
- Cancellation Method: To cancel an eligible order, please email us at
panjalainnovatics@gmail.com with your order number or call our customer care at
+91 8889 9981 89 during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday-Saturday).
Note: For subscription orders, you may cancel future shipments anytime before they are
processed.
💸 Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Successful Cancellations: If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will
receive a 100% refund of the product amount. Refunds are
processed
within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Defective/Damaged Products: In the rare case you receive a damaged, leaking, or
defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
with
clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
- Wrong Items Shipped: If you receive an incorrect product, we'll arrange for
return
pickup (free of charge) and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products opened or used partially
- Normal variations in color/texture of products
- Shipping charges (unless the error is from our side)
📦 Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns only for specific quality-related issues:
- Quality Issues: If the product doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
The
product must be unopened in its original packaging.
- Return Process: Our team will guide you through the return procedure. Once we
receive and inspect the product, we'll process your replacement or refund within 3-5 working
days.
- Return Shipping: For quality issues or wrong items, we cover return shipping
costs.
For other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
No Returns Accepted For:
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago
- Items without original packaging

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- UPI Payments: 2-3 business days
- Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Wallet Payments: Instant to 24 hours
You'll receive email confirmation at each stage - from refund approval to completion.
