All the product purchases are deemed to be final and cancellation or refund requests are not accepted after the confirmation is received.
We reserve the sole right to decide at our own discretion to consider any cancellation/ refund request on case to case basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order without any prior notification to the purchaser, which may be due to a technical fault, at the request of the Buyer or Offerer, circumstances beyond the control of the Company or as required by the law. Under such circumstances, the refund of the amount paid will be processed within a reasonable period of time.
In case of any duplicate payments made for the same product, refund of the same will be processed via the same source in 10 working days post intimation by the buyer.
